The Site and its contents are operated by Straight Down Clothing Company from its office in San Luis Obispo, CA.

We grant permission to the user to display, copy, distribute, download, and/or print a hard copy of this Site for the purpose of browsing the site and placing an order with Straight Down Clothing Company.

The products displayed on the Straight Down Clothing Company website can be ordered and delivered to you. The prices displayed are in U.S. dollars and are effective only in the United States. Please note that we make every attempt to display the merchandise accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to your monitor screen.

Liability Disclaimer

Straight Down Clothing Company will not liable for any damages incurred caused by the customer after the purchase. This includes the loss of the product.

Denial of Access

Straight Down Clothing Company reserves the right to terminate access if you fail to comply with anyof terms of our agreement. In the event that access is denied, you are no longer authorized to use the Site.

Payment Information

Straight Down Clothing Company will accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as forms of payment. For your protection, we confirm the shipping address with the credit card companies when processing your order. If you are having merchandise shipped to an address other than your current one, please make sure that they have the alternate address on file for shipping.

Pricing

The prices on the Site are for Internet orders only. Prices may vary from those available in other stores. We will make every attempt to maintain accurate pricing at all times. Prices and availability, however, can change without notice.

Shipping Rates & Options

Shipping Costs
Depending on how much you order, you may not have to pay for shipping. See below for charges: (Note: Order total does not include tax or gift services.)

Multiple Address Shipping
We can ship items from one order to multiple addresses. Standard shipping rates apply for each delivery address for an order under $200. For orders of $200 or more, ground service to your first address is free. For each additional address, the appropriate flat rate from above would apply.

FedEx Ground Service
Customers can expect to receive their order 5-7 business days after it was placed. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays.

FedEx 2nd Day Air
Customers can expect delivery 2-3 business days after the order is processed.

FedEx Standard Overnight
Get your order in before 1pm EST, and in most cases, we will ship your order that same day to be delivered the following business day.

Refunds on Shipping Charges

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if the product you received is damaged, we will refund shipping charges to your credit card.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders will usually process within 48 hours of being placed. In calculating when you will receive your order, please take into consideration the processing time as well as your selected method of shipping. For example: If you selected FedEx Ground service, your total delivery time will be 2 days(processing) plus 3-5 days shipping for a total of 5-7 business days from the time your order was placed.

Please note the following:
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Straight Down reserves the right to hold orders for review.
Straight Down reserves the right to cancel orders containing information that cannot be verified.

Returning Straightdown.com Orders

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, send it back. Exchange your product for the same style in a different size or color, or return it for a full refund.

Please follow these simple directions:

Include a note letting us know why you're returning the product.
Also include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.
Pack your return (in the original package if possible) along with your Completed information and send it to Straight Down at:

Important notes:

We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
You must include a return address. For safety reasons, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Straight Down will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refund Information for Straightdown.com

We strive to process all returns within 3-5 days of receipt at the warehouse.
Refunds will be processed to the form of payment used on the original order.
Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event an incorrect item was shipped or the product(s) were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.
Gift packaging charges are non-refundable.

Returning Gifts to Straightdown.com

If you return a product that you received as a gift, the refund will go directly to the original form of payment, a.k.a. the gift givers credit card.
When returning a gift purchased at Straightdown.com, please follow the directions at Returning Straightdown.com orders.

Sales Tax

As a result of having our headquarters in San Luis Obispo, CA, we are required to charge a sales tax to all orders shipping to a California address. For order shipped to other states, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any tax to their state of residence.

Customers

The Site and its contents are for the use of our customers. Straight Down Clothing Company does not share any information from this Site with any other mail order house.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase merchandise on this Site.

Straight Down Clothing Company cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use the service for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report any act deemed to be unlawful.

Comments and Feedback

Although your comments and feedback are very important to us, all communications sent to Straight Down Clothing Company will be considered non-confidential. We are under no obligation to hold materials given and shall be free to use the information without limitations.
