Straight Down Clothing Company will accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as forms of payment. If you are having merchandise shipped to an address other than your current one, please make sure that they have the alternate address on file for shipping. Unfortunately we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries


Sales Tax

As a result of having our headquarters in San Luis Obispo, CA, we are required to charge a sales tax to all orders shipping to a California address. For order shipped to other states, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any tax to their state of residence.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders will usually process within 48 hours of being placed. In calculating when you will receive your order, please take into consideration the processing time as well as your selected method of shipping. For example: If you selected FedEx Ground service, your total delivery time will be 2 days (processing) plus 3-5 days shipping for a total of 5-7 business days from the time your order was placed.


Comments and Feedback
