Tunes to warm your heart during the cold days of winter. We mixed together a blend of classic rock, country and a little of what's in between. Time to put another log on the fire and kick back with a cocktail.
Sazerac by Bethel Road Distillery.
2 ozs Bethel Rd. Brandy
1 Absinthe rinse
½ oz Simple syrup
3 Dashes Peychauds bitters
1 Dash of SLO Bitter Co Rose + Pink Peppercorn bitters
1 Lemon peel
Rinse a chilled old-fashioned glass with absinthe, add crushed ice and set it aside.
Stir the remaining ingredients over ice and set aside.
Discard the ice and any excess absinthe from the prepared glass and strain the drink into the glass.
Garnish with a slice of expressed lemon peel.
