The Straight Down Fall Classic is one of the top best-ball tournaments in the game, combining PGA TOUR players, pros from some of the country’s most prestigious clubs and elite amateurs in a scratch pro-am contested over 36 holes. Hosting this year’s event will expose your club to some of the most important names in the game of golf. Major winners Fred Couples, Bryson DeChambeau, Tom Lehman, John Daly and Larry Mize have competed in the Straight Down Fall Classic, as have club pros like Seminole’s Bob Ford, Cypress Point’s Casey Reamer and Riviera’s Todd Yoshitake. Past amateur participants include DeChambeau, Brandt Snedeker, Buddy Marucci and Stewart Hagestad, all of whom have won USGA amateur championships. The Fall Classic also gives spectators the chance to see some of the game’s best players up close, while allowing amateurs and pros to connect on the course and compete for a prestigious title. The Fall Classic also supports a good cause by raising money for ALS research with its annual pro-am.
