Return Policy:

If you are unhappy with your order, contact us for order assistance and we’ll do our best to fix it for you. Return or exchange your product for the same style in a different size or color. All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase. Exchanges are subject to availability.

To receive a full refund, item must meet the following criteria:

- Product must be in new & unused condition
- Product must be returned within 30 days of receipt of item(s)
- SD Customer Service will issue a Return Authorization number
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns or exchanges unless the mistake was made by us
- In the event that the item(s) you received are damaged, we will replace the item at no charge. 


Return Instructions:

Review our criteria above and make sure item(s) are eligible for return. Call us at 805-543-3086 or E-mail us at info@straightdown.com with your order or invoice number, items you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.

Pack your return (in the original package if possible) and send it to SD at:

** You must include an RA # on the outside of your package. For safety reasons, any package received without this information will either be refused.

We strive to process all returns within 3-5 business days of receipt at the warehouse; however, during holiday seasons, please allow us 7-14 business days to process your return or exchange.

 

Special Circumstances:

Returning Gifts:

 If you return a product that you received as a gift, the refund will go directly to the original form of payment (aka the gift givers’ credit card).

Undeliverable Packages:

 Packages returned with failure delivery (multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, refusal, cancelled after shipment, etc.) will be subject to a $10 restocking fee. Restocking fee will be applied to the final refund amount. If the customer would like us to reship the item, customer will need to contact us prior to the refund, to process his/her request. Reshipping charges may occur (varies by case).
