Social Media Marketing Manager

As our social media marketing manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms from top to bottom. You will collaborate with the product, marketing and photography teams to plan and execute creative posts designed to increase engagement and drive sales. You will be responsible for providing copy, coming up with post ideas, creating video and photo content and analyzing the performance of each platform with a continuous improvement mindset. Based on-site in San Luis Obispo
Daily Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, marketing and photography teams to plan all social media posts across multiple platforms, determine content needs and execute a plan to obtain all deliverables in a timely manner.
- Manage the success of our social media accounts.
- Schedule and deliver all social media posts.
- Track analytics and shift content based on improving engagement and click-through traffic to our site or email sign up.
- Write engaging copy.
- Stay on top of trends in social media and determine how our brand aligns with certain trends.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of different social media platforms, specifically Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok.
- Ability to create engaging content and come up with creative ideas to increase engagement.
- Ability to use analytic tools and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent copy writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to carry out a project and deliverable with little oversight.
- Must understand the golf industry.

Marketing & Design Specialist
What the job is:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Design Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling visual content to support our marketing campaigns across various channels. They will collaborate closely with our E-Commerce Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Photography Team, and Design Team to ensure the seamless integration of design elements into our overall marketing and product strategy.
Daily Responsibilities
- Develop visually appealing content to support marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, website banners, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce Marketing Manager and Social Media Marketing Manager to create visually engaging product images and promotional materials for online sales channels and social media platforms.
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all design assets.
- Support the Photography Team by providing design guidance and assets for product photography shoots.
- Assist the Design Team in creating graphics and illustrations for apparel items such as t-shirts, hats, and all-over prints.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, marketing, and e-commerce to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across different mediums and platforms.
Additional Attributes
- Preference will be given to candidates with a passion for golf, knowledge of the game, and familiarity with the golf apparel industry.
- Experience in golf-related marketing or design projects is highly desirable.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with photography and photo editing software is desirable.

Inside Sales Team
What the job is:
The Inside Sales Team is responsible for assisting a team of over 20 sales representatives across the country in their daily activities. This person will be heavily involved in the planning, execution and follow-up involved in orders and fulfillment of customer accounts. Additionally, this role assists in daily internal reporting and communication between all company departments.
Daily Responsibilities
- Assist sales and customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and sense of urgency
- Sales-oriented with strong prospecting, selling and closing skills
- Positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical with demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Engaging interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Required Program Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced in Excel, Word and Outlook
