We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Design Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling visual content to support our marketing campaigns across various channels. They will collaborate closely with our E-Commerce Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, Photography Team, and Design Team to ensure the seamless integration of design elements into our overall marketing and product strategy.

Daily Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing content to support marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, website banners, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the E-Commerce Marketing Manager and Social Media Marketing Manager to create visually engaging product images and promotional materials for online sales channels and social media platforms.
• Work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all design assets.
• Support the Photography Team by providing design guidance and assets for product photography shoots.
• Assist the Design Team in creating graphics and illustrations for apparel items such as t-shirts, hats, and all-over prints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, marketing, and e-commerce to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across different mediums and platforms.

Additionally, this role assists in daily internal reporting and communication between all company departments.
