Conditions for Returns
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original order date.
  • All items must be cleanunaltered and unworn.
  • Hang tags must be attached to the garment and shoes must include the original box, shoe bag, and any additional shoelaces.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return and will not be compensated if returned.
  • We currently do not offer exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired replacement item.

If you do not have the original packing slip, please print a copy of the order from your order history found in your straightdown.com account or from your order confirmation email.

Processing & Refunds

Please allow 5-8 business days after your package arrives back in our warehouse for your return to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used to place the order. If making a gift return, the refund will be issued as a digital store credit to the gift recipient. Once processed, it may take 1-3 business days for the credit to appear back on your statement depending on the payment institution.

*Original shipping charges will not be refunded.*

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are digitally sent to the designated recipient as soon as the order has been processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.
