Returns & Refunds

How to make a Return?
  • Please fill out the return card provided in your shipment with your name, order number, and reason for return
  • Enclose the completed return card inside your package and attach the return label provided with the original shipment.
  • Once packed, your return can be dropped off to the shipping carrier’s nearest pick up location.
Conditions for Returns
  • A return must be requested within 30 days of the original order date.
  • Orders placed from November 15 - December 22 are eligible for retum until January 15th.
  • All items must be cleanunaltered and unworn.
  • Hang tags must be attached, shoes must include original box, any additional shoelaces, and shoe bag.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return and will not be compensated if returned.
  • We currently do not offer exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired replacement item.

If you do not have the original packing slip, please include a note inside the return package with the following information: order number, purchaser’s name, and reason for returning items(s). The order number can be found in your order history on your account, or from your order confirmation email.

Processing & Refunds

Please allow 5-8 business days after your package arrives back in our warehouse for your return to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Once processed, it may take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear back on your statement depending on the payment institution.

*Original shipping charges will not be refunded.*

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, you must request a return within 30 days of receiving your Straight Down order.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are digitally sent to the designated recipient as soon as the order has been processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.
