1. Eligibility: The Straight Down x Seamus Golf Giveaway (“Campaign”) is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial entities are not eligible. Employees of Straight Down Clothing Co. (“Straight Down”) and Seamus Golf, their affiliates, subsidiaries, marketing and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Straight Down and Seamus Golf as final and binding in all matters related to this Campaign.

3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted starting on February 17, 2026 and ending on March 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Campaign.

4. How to Enter: To enter, visit www.straightdown.com during the Campaign Period. Complete the giveaway form with a valid email address and mobile phone number to subscribe to promotional communications. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Campaign Period. Duplicate entries or entries through fraudulent means will be disqualified. Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, delayed, corrupted, or misdirected entries due to system errors, internet failures, or any other technical malfunctions.

5. Marketing Communications Notice: By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Straight Down and Seamus Golf via email (you may unsubscribe at any time) and SMS. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. All information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with TCPA and CCPA regulations.

6. Prize: One (1) winner will receive the following prize package: 1 Straight Down x Seamus Golf Driver Headcover, $500 Straight Down Digital Gift Card, $500 Seamus Golf Digital Gift Card (“Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsors are responsible only for prize delivery within the United States. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with Prize receipt or use. Estimated retail value: $1100 USD. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for Straight Down and Seamus Golf to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for purposes of advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Campaign Period.

8. Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 11, 2026. The winner will be notified via the email provided at entry within ten (10) business days. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to respond within thirty (10) days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner verification (e.g., age and identity confirmation) may be required. Allow 6–8 weeks for prize delivery.

9. Rights Granted by Entrant: By entering, you grant Straight Down and Seamus Golf the right to use your name, city/state, and any statements about the giveaway in promotional materials, advertising, or social media — without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

10. General Terms & Conditions: Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Campaign if necessary to maintain the integrity of the promotion. Sponsors may disqualify anyone for tampering or violating these rules.

11. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Straight Down, Seamus Golf, and their subsidiaries, agents, and partners from any liability, claims, or damages resulting from entry in the Campaign, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, or any technical malfunctions or system failures.

12. Arbitration Agreement:

a. Agreement to Arbitrate – You agree that any dispute or claim related to this Campaign will be resolved through final and binding arbitration rather than court, except small claims cases.

b. Individual Basis Only – Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class or group action.

c. Procedure – Arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. All hearings shall take place in a location reasonably convenient for both parties. Arbitration will be confidential, and any ruling may be enforceable in a court of law.

d. Costs – Straight Down and Seamus Golf will cover arbitration fees for claims under $75,000, or where necessary to prevent cost barriers. Attorney’s fees may be awarded only as permitted under AAA rules.

e. Governing Law – This Campaign is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Winners List: To request a copy of the winner's name and city/state, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Straight Down, ATTN: Straight Down x Seamus Giveaway Winner Request, 625 Clarion Court, San Luis Obispo, CA 93401. Requests must be received within 60 days of the end of the Campaign Entry Period.
