Thank you for your order! At Straight Down we take pride in both the quality of our products and our commitment to customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return to make it right.
We can only accept returns from orders placed on StraightDown.com. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Original shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.
Due to ongoing shipping delays, please allow up to 3 weeks for your return shipment to arrive at our facility and your return to be processed.
Please contact us if the product you ordered is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Conditions for Returns:
• A return must be requested within 60 days of the original order date.
• All items must be clean, unaltered and unworn.
• Hang tags must be attached, shoes must include original box and shoe bag.
• We currently can not accommodate exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired replacement item.
How to Make a Return:
Simply fill in your name, order number, and reason for the return on the included return form and include it along with the original packing slip with your return shipment. A return shipping label has been provided with your order, please email email@example.com if you need a replacement label.
If you need a new copy of the return form, click the button below to download a PDF version.
If you do not have the original packing slip, please print out the invoice for the order from your account on StraightDown.com or include a note inside the return package with the following information: reason for returning items(s), order number, purchaser’s name, address, and telephone number. Your order number can be found in your confirmation email, in your order history on StraightDown.com.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks after the return arrives back at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation email once your return has been processed. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for the credit to appear back on your statement.
