Aloha to the Season Ahead: Sam Stevens’ 2026 Season
A new year brings hope and optimism for what’s to come. That’s especially true for Sam Stevens, Straight Down’s PGA TOUR ambassador.
Sam will tee it up at prestigious venues like Augusta National and Pebble Beach in 2026, competing in golf’s premiere tournaments and against its top players. And he gets to start the season in Hawaii, at this week’s Sony Open.
Straight Down has the perfect gear to outfit Stevens as he starts his season. While we’re passionate about the game and its traditions, we also believe in having fun, which is why tropical prints play such a prominent role in our collection.
From your next golf vacation to bringing a little sunshine to your local course, our wide selection of tropical prints delivers effortless island style wherever you play. Our Outrigger Polo, Pineapple Express Polo and Moloka'i Polo are among our latest designs, bringing relaxed island vibes wherever you are.
Stevens, 29, is coming off a career year on the PGA TOUR, one that established him among the game’s elite. Thanks to two runner-up finishes and another third-place showing, Stevens finished 38th in the PGA TOUR’s season-long FedExCup standings. He also finished 2025 ranked 50th in the Official World Golf Ranking.
“Sam has established himself as one of golf’s rising young players, and we’re excited that he continues to trust Straight Down with all of his apparel needs,” said Mike Rowley, Straight Down’s Founder and CEO. “Golf is in Sam’s blood. He’s the son of golf pros. That passion for the game, his grit and his perseverance all embody the values of Straight Down.”
His play in 2025 qualified him for all eight of the PGA TOUR’s Signature Events in 2026 and his first Masters Tournament.
Stevens has worn Straight Down for the entirety of his PGA TOUR career and will continue to do so in 2026. Stevens was outside the top 400 in the world ranking just three years ago, and rose nearly 100 spots in just the last 12 months. He has five top-3 finishes in his three PGA TOUR seasons.
Sam Stevens’ career is on an upward trajectory. We look forward to watching what he’ll do in 2026. And we’re glad he’ll do it wearing Straight Down.
